Morning Mixology
You are very welcome to simply watch and join the chat. If on the other hand you want to make-along we have chosen drinks that involve only everyday ingredients and utensils that you'll hopefully have around the house.
Utensils:
Shaker - eg. protein shaker, coffee keep-cup or anything with a watertight lid.
Fine strainer - eg. sieve or tea strainer
Measure - a 25ml/1oz measure, or an egg cup, or anything around that size
A mug-full of Ice
Glasses - either a rocks or wine glass, and a cocktail/ rocks glass

Drink No1: The Prairie Oyster
i) Something spicy. One or more of:
eg. cayenne/chilli powder, black pepper, mustard, tabasco or other hot sauce
ii) Something salty. One or more of:
eg. salt(!), worcestershire sauce, pickle juice, ketchup, soy sauce
iii) Something sharp. One or more of:
eg. lemon juice, cider/wine/malt vinegar, or again worcestershire sauce/pickle juice
iv) - One egg (for an intact egg yolk)
Optional: The Prairie Oyster can be served with a small dose of spirit. If you wish it is recommended you have either gin, vodka, brandy or tequila/mezcal to hand.

Drink No2: The Clover Club
i) Gin
Any gin should make a good Clover Club. Or can substitute with good vodka. If you only have have other/dark spirits available that's fine too - you can still make a delicious sour in the class
ii) 4 or 5 raspberries
Or you can use another berry or other soft-ish fruit if necessary
iii) A little freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
Hand-squeezing 1 lemon will give you the 25ml/1oz you need
iv) Caster / super-fine sugar
Granulated is coarse but will do. Better still Or use sugar syrup Or a light/neutral flavoured syrup like agave
v) 1 egg white (left over from the Prairie Oyster)
Optional, but recommended as creates texture
